Candidates should be self-driven, self-managed & sociable, who can welcome guests and assist in day to day office administration.  This role will directly support business development and marketing efforts, while providing support to extraSlice teammates on miscellaneous tasks.

Duration: Jan 2020 to March 31 2020

Responsibilities:

• Assist with coordination of Bellevue Tech Expo
• Research information about technology companies around this region
• Manage meetings and meeting minutes
• Research prospects and current customer needs and requirements.
• Interact closely with team players to collaborate on marketing projects

Requirements:

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Technology/Science/Engineering/Math field
• Must be fluent in English.
• Comfortable learning new software as needed
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
