extraSlice is looking for an IT Project Manager to manage our software product solutions and IT operations to integrate more complex technology and take our core product offering to the next level

Duties

• End-to-end project management ownership where you will ensure timely delivery of multiple complex projects that cross organizational boundaries – 20%
• Implement security best practices across entire lifecycle of software development – 10%
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks – 10%
• Develop testing frameworks to test products and detect vulnerabilities – 10%
• Develop a comprehensive authentication system for clients using cryptographic algorithms – 10%
• Develop and maintain comprehensive IT security infrastructure – 20%
• Create and maintain project documents (e.g. project plan, reports, etc.), regular status reports, presentations, metrics, and supporting content to ensure visibility of project progress, risks, completions
• Work closely with engineers, testers, and marketing team in order to release new features – 10%
• Communicate project requirements and status to stakeholders and appropriate team members – 10%

Necessary Skills And Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related fields with proven experience as an IT project/product manager in the tech industry minimum requirement
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, web technologies and security architectures
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Entrepreneurial experience or demonstrated leadership in work or at school a must
• Techie with passion in cyber security
• Ability to creatively solve challenging business problems using technology
