Director of Enterprise Sales – Commercial Real Estate

The successful candidate is responsible for building and leading a team of experienced sales representatives, account managers, and other professionals in support of extraSlice’s enterprise sales team.
This is a unique opportunity to create a pipeline for the untapped enterprise market that is looking for alternate office space solutions. Join the team early and lead the disruption of the traditional commercial real-estate market as we know it from the forefront.
The successful candidate should have a proven track record of consultative sales and complex contract negotiations; the ability to articulate extraSlice’s strategy and vision to a variety of audiences; experience building and leading enterprise sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the Enterprise strategy and grow Enterprise membership of Fortune 1000 companies.
- Build and motivate an Enterprise Sales team in support of the strategic plan. Assist and coach team members in all stages of selling to reach targets and performance metrics.
- Ensure operational excellence in the day-to-day management of the business including forecasting, pipeline development, hiring, performance management, training and team collaboration.
- Develop and implement best practices to maximize pipeline, forecasting accuracy, conversion rates, etc.
- Support direct reports by participating in and leading prospect meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required to close large and complex deals.
- Assist and close complex, multi-million dollar transactions.
- Serve as leadership sponsor to large Enterprise accounts and help drive key executive relationships.
- Understand target companies’ business needs, develop proposals and accurately articulate extraSlice’s value proposition at the executive level.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of the extraSlice offerings while staying current in understanding the competitive landscape and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, and 5+ years of real-estate sales experience in the Seattle area required
- Proven track record of closing multi-million dollar commercial real-estate deals for enterprise tech companies from lead generation to final close, including sourcing deals on a national scale
- Proven success scaling out an Enterprise Sales team and consultative sales success in establishing effective relationships with key decision-makers.
- Strong knowledge of CRM reporting and dashboards, and highly focused on numbers and process.
- Proven track record working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Strong executive presence – experience and comfort level working with C-level executives
