About You
You are persistent and don’t take No for an answer. You are a GO GETTER
Responsibilities
- You will identify new prospects, predominantly over the phone, via email, and other communication tools
- You will make 20-50 outbound calls per day
- You will serve as the first line of contact for new business leads
- You will build relationships with new prospects
- You will deliver outstanding customer experience, always
- You will identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate them to the leadership team
- You will maintain and develop a deep understanding of our products, solutions, and opportunities
- You will assist with webinar preparation, and any other initiatives spearheaded by sales
- You will organize and update internal CRM (salesforce) systems to ensure accuracy at all times
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in progress or graduated in a relevant field (biz/marketing/sales)
- A genuine passion for learning and adapting
- A positive can-do attitude
- Experience in other internships a plus
- Experience with cold calling
- Experience with CRM and prospecting tools
- Experience selling to business/enterprise customers is preferred
- Possess confidence on the phone and good written skills
- Exemplify proactive and self-starter attitude
- Show strong interest in technology and sales
