FlyHomes will be giving a brief info session (and Q&A) on what the housing market in King County is doing, when the optimal times to buy/sell are, and how the price trends are looking for the future. The intention is for every attendee to walk away with a better understanding of King County’s housing market and how they can make an informed home-buying decision in the future. Seattle is in a “seller’s market,” which means that it’s a challenging market to be a home buyer. This is where FlyHomes’ value comes in. The startup is geared towards the average home buyer, and with our Cash Offers program, we are able to make the FlyHomes buyer the strongest on the table. FlyHomes just received a $17M investment from the venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz (the same firm that funded Airbnb, Lyft, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and is growing exponentially. FlyHomes is a real estate brokerage, with a super-group of expert tour guides, pricing advisors, negotiators, closers, appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage, and will be giving out our contact information, but this is certainly not a sales pitch, and there is nothing to buy or sign up for. We present these mostly for brand awareness, which people have been very happy with in our previous sessions.
