We are pleased to host our first event of the 2016/2017 season on the Eastside – hopefully allowing our members that live/work across the lake to join us more easily! This event takes place at extraSlice in Factoria.

UX Design & Research for Virtual Reality: Stories from the Field
Join us for an evening with a panel of experts currently doing UX design and research for virtual reality. We’ll talk to them about the various kinds of projects they are working on and hear how they approach the user experience for this new frontier of virtual reality and augmented reality.
The panel members will share examples of the process they use and things they’ve learned in the day to day experience of designing, prototyping and testing the UX for VR & AR audiences.
This will be a perfect introduction for those new to VR and an interesting evening of learning from peers for those already experienced in this space.
