Inside Sales Representative – Enterprise

As an integral member of our Growth team, the Sales Development Representative will be a key player in our expansion. She/he will be given the opportunity to develop and execute tactical growth plans in Seattle while contributing to a rapidly scaling team. This person will work with our new business sales development team, engage with C-level executives and commercial real estate brokers with the goal of evangelizing extraSlice’s value proposition and close deals.

This is a strategic role where you’ll be trusted to nurture your own leads and vet their fit for our on-demand workspace service for enterprise tech companies’ business models. We are looking for enthusiastic and determined hunters who want to grow their sales career in an entrepreneurial environment.

Duties:

Develop and nurture leads through business development processes
Develop a targeted account list, broker directory, outbound strategy, and marketing materials to increase our pipeline.
Own the outbound sales process: outbound lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building etc.
Manage activities and accounts within Hubspot CRM to efficiently input and track data
Execute marketing strategy across all stakeholders which includes brokers and tenants
Achieve company’s sales goal
Manage high-level conversations with corporate executives of real estate, CFO’s, Heads of HR and other business leaders in target and prospect accounts.
Be a creative thinker who can think out-of-the box to find solutions to meet growing sales targets and unlock partnerships
Communicate the extraSlice brand to the corporate real estate community to highlight the culture enhancing benefits of our enterprise program
Provide exceptional and smooth experience to future customers

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred
At least 2-5 years of enterprise sales experience
Proven track record of building trusted long-term relationships with key executive decision-makers
Real Estate experience preferred
Experience using Hubspot CRM
Experience using Co-Star, LoopNet a plus
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
Self-starter, strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
Exceptional organization skills and multitasking skills
The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
